Let’s talk about Jovie, a 12.5-year-old rescue named after the bubbly character from Elf (yes, that Elf—our absolute favorite movie). Jovie was adopted from Columbia County Humane Society, and while she might be a little gray in the muzzle, her spirit is just as bright as ever. She’s the kind of dog that makes you believe in joy again.
And then there’s her sidekick, Rosebud—a spunky 1.5-year-old rescued from Hoover Haus after being saved from a hoarding situation in Texas. Rosebud’s resilience and personality are just as vibrant as her name suggests. These two are an inseparable duo—sunshine and spark, wisdom and wild energy.
Their story is one of second chances, warm homes, and doggy sisterhood. We’re proud to be a tiny part of their clean and happy lives.
