Seasonal Pet Waste Technician - Spring (Backup Flex Role)

Join us for the busy Spring Cleanup season (typically February–June, exact dates flexible based on weather/clients). Work 1–4+ days/week as needed. Your availability sets the pace. Fully flexible daylight hours and start times.

What You'll Do
- Tackle one-time deep cleanups: remove heavy accumulated dog waste from yards (winter piles = bigger hauls, more physical but satisfying results).
- Handle routine scoops when backing up regular techs.
- Drive a company vehicle to clients' homes and businesses.
- Provide top-notch, courteous service: interact with dogs and clients positively.
- Follow safety protocols (secure gates, proper waste handling, careful driving).
- Log jobs accurately in our easy app.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
- Reliable, positive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
- Comfortable outdoors in early-spring Wisconsin weather (cold mornings, mud, light rain/snow possible).
- Physically fit for heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs during cleanups), extensive walking, bending and twisting.
- Love dogs and take pride in thorough, clean work. Independent self-starter.
- Pass background check; sign NDA / NCA.
Compensation & Perks
