The Challenge

Point Gardens Apartments’ dog area had become a liability instead of an amenity:

  • The community marketed itself as pet-friendly, but prospective renters touring the dog park were seeing exactly what we expected.
  • Maintenance staff were spending countless hours picking up after pets; time that should have gone to landscaping, common-area upkeep, and unit turns.
  • Resident reviews on Google mentioned pet-waste issues by name.

Pet waste stationd and scooping service across the dog areas, walking paths, and high-traffic common areas. Technicians complete service weekly so the property looks its best for the morning leasing-tour window.

Service includes:

  • Full pickup/scooping of all common-area waste on the grounds
  • Installation and ongoing service of 2 pet-waste stations plus 2 additional waste containers
  • Trash-can swap-out and bag-refill for every station
